The structure of the machine is three roller symmetrical type, and the upper roller is vertically and horizontally moving at the center symmetrical position of the two lower roller, and the roller is obtained by the screw thread worm drive. Two under roller for rotary motion, through the reducer gear and the output gear meshing to provide torque for the roll.

W11-series mechanical rolling machine use Japanese technology. The upper-roller is lifting and down vertically between the central position of two lower-rollers, through the rotation of screw nut worm gear, upper-roller take force pressure. This machine structure is compact and convenience in operation and maintenance.

1.Top roller device
The upper roller mechanical bending machine device is composed of upper roller, bearing seat, SF-2 composite bearing and the like. 45 steel material;
2.Down roller device
The lower roller device is composed of a lower roller, a lower roller input gear and a SF-2 composite bearing. 45 steel material.
3.Top roller pressure device

4. balancing device
Balancing device consists of bearing, screw, screw nuts and so on;
5. Overturned part
Overturned part by inverted box, handle, resellers, etc;
6. Frame and base
The frame is welded, the base is welded, and the annealing stress is processed.

Main drive part

The main drive part is composed of the main motor, the main reducer, the coupling shaft, the output gear and so on.

Electric control part

The electric control part is composed of control cabinet, stroke control device and so on.
