The up roller do the elevation movement in the central of the two down roller by the hydraulic motor;
The two down rollers rotates through the gearbox, the meshing between the gear of output the lower roller to provide the torque of bending sheet.
The down rollers fixed height to make the feed and operation easily.
The main structures include upper roller device, vertically movement device for upper roller, down roller device, initiative running device, overturn device, machine frames, the left and right, bottom base.
upper roller device include main oil tank, base frame for upper roller, adjustable axletree on both sides for upper rollers and etc.
Main oil tank and piston pole belong to 45# forged parts, inter surface of box polished, the surface of piston pole plated by Cr. Pressurized loop choose Yx type from Japan. The pressure of material shape is from cavity work without pole. Piston pole of main oil box connect with axletree from of upper roller
The main oil piston work under pressure of 19.5 Mpa.
The upper roller is designed as drum shape. Normally utilize 0.7 load of upper roller to mend deform degree
On the both side of upper rollers, install two rows and two lines adjustable axletree.
The movement device vertically for upper roller
Directly drive with double oil boxes and the highest pressure for work reach 19.5Mpa. There are two roll axletrees on both sides of upper rollers. The base frame of these roll axletrees may move vertically with the help of removable piston pole along the trace of kickstand guide. The displacement transducer installed on both sides of the axletrees, so that the quantity display can show movement distance of upper rollers
The device for down rollers and the movement device horizontally.
The device for the down rollers include down rollers, axletree frame of down rollers, gears for down roller drive, the base frame of sliding bearings for down rollers, etc. The key initiative gear drives the input gear which drives the upper roller.
Main transmission device
The main transmission device include main engine, speed reducer. The main transmission device may roll in the positive and negative direction in order to provide the power for material roll.
Drop end device
The drop end device includes a hydraulic tank and joint pole structure, which drive the base frame of the axletree for the upper roller to overturn or combine again. All power of oil box is from the automatic power station with liquid pressure.
The balance device for upper roller
Fix the upper roller at the height position by pressing the tail position of upper roller. So the upper rollers keep balance by supporting of the base frame of the axletree and pressure of the balance pole. Then the overturn axletree can overturn or combine again. The upper roller move to the highest position inspected by distance switch
