  1. When the plate rolling machine is running idle, the noise pressure level shall not exceed 90dB. When the gear transmission, electrical and hydraulic components are working, there shall be no irregular impact sound and periodic screaming. Try to make the mechanical transmission system run normally, smoothly, without abnormal sound, and the brake is sensitive and reliable. Then check that there is no leakage in the hydraulic components and pipelines.
  2. During the operation of the hydraulic system of the plate rolling machine, the oil temperature in the oil tank shall generally not exceed 50 degrees. After continuous full-load operation for 4 hours, the oil temperature in the oil tank shall not exceed 60 degrees. Hydraulic transmission components should not vibrate, stagnate or impact within the working range. The amplitude of its idle operation should generally not exceed 30μm.
