The overall structure of the machine consists of left and right frame, upper and lower rollers, both sides roller, upper roller movable bearing, and both sides roller and lower roller lifting mechanism, main drive, chassis and so on.
The upper roller and the lower roll are the main drive; the steel plate is driven by the upper and lower rollers in the upper and lower rollers to provide driving torque for sheet metal forming. The front roller rapidly rises and falls,which makes the end of the steel plate bend; the back roller rapidly rises and falls to make the curvature forming; the amount of the front and rear roll and the down roll rise and fall determines the geometric size of the product curvature.
The machine is controlled by PLC; the dynamic touch screen display of front and rear rollers is freely set during operation; the whole process of electrical automation chain control;
Operator's feeding → operator's foot stepping on “work” switch → machine automatically presses pre-bend plate end, machine automatically rotates → operator's foot step “exit” switch → machine automatically opens upper roll movable bearing → operator removes product → operation Feeding → Machine automatically resets roll bearing → operator's foot switch “work”. ... again and again. The whole process is only the process of the operator's feeding, working and exiting orders and taking out the products; the operation is very simple.
In the whole operation, there are only four operations: "operator feeding", "operator's working switch instruction", "operator's ejecting switch instruction", and "operator taking out the product";
