The structural form of CNC four-roll plate rolling machine is four-roll type. The upper roller is the main drive, and the output gear of the reducer meshes with the upper gear to provide torque for rolling the plate; the lower roller makes vertical lifting movement, which is obtained by the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder acting on the piston to clamp the plate, which is hydraulic transmission; side rollers are provided on both sides of the lower roller and tilt along the frame guide rail, which is driven by the screw nut worm gear.

(1) Upper roller device

The upper roller device is mainly composed of the main oil cylinder, the upper roller bearing seat, the upper roller, and the double-row spherical bearing. The upper roller is an important part of the plate rolling machine. The shaft necks at both ends of the upper roller adopt the special wide double-row spherical roller series rolling mill rolling bearings. The use of spherical roller bearings is conducive to the tilting of the main roller and the cone rolling. The two main oil cylinders provide the required pressure for rolling the plate.

(2) Horizontal moving device

The horizontal moving device is powered by a mobile motor, and drives the upper roller device to move horizontally through a reducer, worm gear, and screw nut mechanism to achieve asymmetric rolling of the plate.

(3) Lower roller device

The lower roller device consists of a lower roller, a lower roller bearing seat, an input gear, a sliding bearing, etc. The lower roller is an important component of the plate rolling machine. It is suitable for use under normal temperature conditions and low-speed and heavy-load places.

(4) Roller device

The roller device consists of a roller, a wedge mechanism, a roller adjustment hand wheel, etc. There is a group of rollers, which are adjusted up and down according to the load size of the rolled plate specifications.

(5) Main transmission device

It consists of a main motor, an electro-hydraulic push rod brake, a cylindrical gear reducer, and an output gear.

(6) Flipping device

The flipping device consists of a ram, a flipping cylinder, etc. It is installed on one side of the flipping frame and is used to flip and restore the flipping frame. The flipping of the flipping device facilitates the removal of the product along the axial direction of the roller.

(7) Hydraulic system

The upper roller pressure and inverting movements are all centrally controlled by a hydraulic station. The entire system consists of a hydraulic pump station, solenoid valve, superimposed valve, cylinder and pipeline. All valves and accessories are connected by plate-type integrated blocks. In order to ensure the effective operation of the hydraulic system, a protective device is provided.

(8) Electric control system

The equipment’s electric control system includes an electric control cabinet, an operating console, a handheld control box, etc. The main switch of this machine has short-circuit protection and main motor overload protection functions. One main motor drives the lower roller to rotate, one motor drives the upper roller to move horizontally, and one motor drives a set of hydraulic pump stations with short-circuit overheating protection. The forward and reverse rotation of the motor is controlled by an AC contactor; the control circuit is controlled by a PLC programmable controller, with fewer relays and reliable operation.
