The three-roller plate rolling machine is a general-purpose equipment for bending metal sheets into cylindrical, arc-shaped or other workpieces. It is based on the principle of three points forming a circle. Through the change of the relative position of the workpiece and the rotational movement, the plate produces continuous plastic deformation, thereby obtaining a workpiece of a predetermined shape.

When the three-roller plate rolling machine is working, the flat plastic metal plate passes between three working rollers (two lower rollers and one upper roller). With the help of the downward pressure of the upper roller and the rotational movement of the lower roller, the metal plate undergoes multiple continuous bendings, produces permanent plastic deformation, and is rolled into the required cylinder, cone cylinder and other conical workpieces within a certain range.

  • The lifting movement of the upper roller: The upper roller is located in the central symmetrical position of the two lower rollers, and the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder acts on the piston to achieve vertical lifting movement.
  • The rotational movement of the lower roller: The lower roller is driven by the final gear of the main reducer to rotate and provide torque for the rolled plate.
  • Bending of plates: The flat plastic metal plate passes through three working rollers (two lower rollers and one upper roller), and the upper roller presses down and the lower roller rotates, so that the metal plate undergoes multiple continuous bendings, produces permanent plastic deformation, and is rolled into the required cylinder, cone or part of them.
  • Function of side rollers: The side rollers are located between the upper roller and the lower roller, and contact the side surface of the plate through the clamping mechanism to prevent the plate from sliding. The pressure and position can be adjusted as needed to ensure that the plate is tightly curled.
  • Adjustment of the plate rolling machine: According to the required curling diameter and angle, the spacing and angle of the three rollers, as well as the lifting and lowering speed of the upper and lower rollers can be adjusted to achieve a precise plate rolling process.
