The lower roller has a smaller diameter, and the lower roller has an adjustable upper roller support. According to the load of the rolled product, the idler roller at the lower part of the lower roller is adjusted, and the straightness of the product is greatly improved.

The thick plate is rolled and the roller on the lower part of the lower roller is adjusted upwards; the thin plate is rolled and the roller on the lower part of the lower roller is adjusted downwards.

2.Rear-bend rolling system, high-precision roundness of product (80% of the machine’s rear bending capacity)

The upper roll universal plate bending machine adopts rear bending (the direction in which the sheet is fed is opposite to the direction in which the upper roll moves), the upper roll presses down, the lower roll rotates, continuously bending, and the end of the sheet is pre-bent and pressurizes the pre-bend directly. This avoids the front corners from being bent, and controls the length and shape of the remaining straight edges.

In general, the three-roll asymmetric type adopts the front curve. The two ends of the sheet are pre-bent, and then symmetrically rolled to form. The skilled operator is required. The back corner of the product appears, and the shape of the remaining straight edge is difficult to control.

4.High Precision End Prebend

When the end is pre-bent, the length of the straight edge can be freely set by changing the amount of horizontal movement of the upper roller; the upper roller is directly pressurized to control the shape of the straight edge, and high-precision end pre-bending can be realized.

5.Operation Procedure and Method

1: feed the plate, the material;

2: the upper roller moves horizontally to the -X position and descends to the Y1 position; the lower roller is reversed to make the steel plate to the forming position.

3: the next roller side is rotating, the side of the roller press;

4: The upper roller is pressed down to the Y2 position and the lower roller is continuously rotated forward;

5: The end of the plate is stopped, the upper roller presses Y3 to stop, and the end of the plate is directly pressurized and pre-bent;

6: The upper roller lifts Y2-α, horizontally moves the +X position, presses the same position Y2, and the lower roller rotates forward;

7: The end of the plate is stopped, the upper roll presses down and the Y3 position stops, and the end of the plate is directly pressurized and pre-bent;

8: The upper roller moves to X=0 and is pressed down to the Y4 position, and the lower roller is rotated forward and backward to compensate bending.
